Meet our team.
Meet Rebecca Dalke and Lindsay Dawkins. Our team's objective is to encourage and support riders of all ages to meet their goals and love the journey, not just in the saddle. Remember, every rider started with the basics... We are committed to fostering an environment that emphasizes structure, education, and personal responsibility for all riders. We strive for great riders, but even better people.
Meet rebecca.
Rebecca started riding at age 7 in Kansas. She grew up riding horses that were more advanced than her level which forced her to learn to be an effective and quiet rider. Rebecca rode IHSA through college for both English and Western and successfully competed up to the National level. She has consistently owned and cared for her own horses since moving to college in 2012 and is well versed in horse care needs from her experience working as a veterinary technician for Oakridge Equine Hospital. She is passionate about developing young riders that have a strong work ethic and desire to grow in their understanding of horse care and riding. Rebecca is dedicated to her horses and ensuring they receive care at the utmost level and expects that her riders do the same for their horses.
Meet lindsay.
From an early age Lindsay always wanted horses to be a part of her life. She began lessons at 4 years old in Colorado. Following a move to Texas, she began riding at a competitive hunter/jumper barn in Flower Mound. Lindsay's passion for the sport continued to grow as she became a more serious competitor in the ring. Throughout high school she showed her own horses as well as catch rode for others. She showed USHJA, THJA, and NTHJC, locally and nationally, in all three rings. She contributes her knowledge and dedication to the differences each of her trainers brought to the ring. "Collectively, every trainer I worked with made me into the rider I am today and I am excited for the opportunity to help new riders develop their own confidence around horses, gain independence, and create a true partnership between horse and rider."
